Heating Instructions

Any items can be re-heated in the microwave. 

Here are suggested oven options for preparing our food:

BBQ Pork Ribs

Scrape the contents of the box into a pan with a lid. Add a bit of water. Place in an oven pre-heated to 375 degrees and heat for 20-25 minutes.

Roasted Chickens 

(with vegetables)

Heat in an oven pre-heated to 375 degrees (covered or uncovered) for 20-25 minutes.

Enchiladas

These can be heated in the container (which is bamboo fibre and oven resistant within reason--don't leave them in the oven too long). Remove the lid! Pour the salsa ontop of the cheese and enchiladas and bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Mashed Potatoes

Can be re-heated on a stove top. Add a bit of water depending on the consistency you want.

Macaroni & Cheese

Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Pastas

Uncover and scrape the contents into a pan and heat on a stove top (with a bit of water if desired) for approx. 3-5 minutes.

Meatloaf with mashed potato

Heat in an oven, covered, at 325 degrees for approx. 12 minutes.

Beef Stew or Bolognese or Beef with Adobo Sauce

Heat on stove top. Low simmer until hot.

Paella

Place--covered--in an oven, heated to 375, for 15 minutes.
