We are a community based kitchen and market rooted in the Sierras and shaped by the seasons, the land and the people around us. We work closely with ranchers, growers and producers in our region because we believe that the ingredients this land offers make the best food and because supporting our neighbors is the heart of our vision.
Our goal is to make tasty good food accessible to everyone. Whether you are local or visiting the Truckee/Tahoe area, you can enjoy something delicious from our hot kitchen or grab a well packaged and clean meal on your way to the lake or a hike. Maybe you are looking to stock your pantry with ingredients you can trust or to share a wonderful evening with friends. However you seek to enjoy food, we want you to feel like we are an extension of your own kitchen and table.

Premiere catering for off-site events throughout the Truckee-Tahoe area like family birthdays, special occasions, small weddings, work retreats, and corporate lunches. And coming soon, we can host an intimate gathering for up to twelve in our shop as we expand our beautiful community-driven concept this fall.
